Interesting talk, I think his comparison of Facebook to Windows is a great one. The fact that companies like Zynga are only viable because they are on the Facebook platform is perfect evidence.
I also liked his comment about how Social is now just a feature. It makes sense, virtually everything has to have a social component, in order to drive the network effects necessary for a company, product, or service to really take off.
